Toy L. Smith

In 2020 amidst the Pandemic, I saw the need to add additional monitors to the team. Meet Ms. Toy Smith! She's a fellow educator with a background in the juvenile justice system. She spent the last 3 years working in Judson ISD in special education as an instructional aide in a Behavioral Academic Classroom (BAC Unit) and an In School Suspension (ISS) instructor.

Ms. Smith is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice administration. She takes joy in mentoring adolescents and sharing words of advice and wisdom for better choices and decision making. Her passion is working to enhance the lives of young people. She often tells them, "There is nothing in this world that you can't accomplish by working smarter not harder, and with great focus and dedication."

Regina Miles

Hi! My name is Salina Rosales. I am a full-time school counselor at an intermediate campus. I am the mother to two and have been happily married for the last 20 years. When I’m not working I enjoy traveling with my family, planting and growing vegetable and flower gardens, and playing games.

I have always loved children and knew even at a young age that I would want to work with them as an adult. I have been in education for the last 13 years, 6 years as a teacher and 7 years as a counselor. My passion definitely lies with helping children so I am so excited to be able to be a small part of helping you and your family.

I have supervised visits previously, but stopped to pursue my master’s degree, so I am excited to begin this important job again.

Hello,

My name is Regina Miles. I am an educator at an elementary campus, where I was a 4th-grade reading teacher and am currently an Enrichment and Gifted and Talented educator. I am the mother of seven adult children and 13 grandchildren. I have been married for 20 years.

I enjoy reading and crafting, but I do not have the opportunities because I am a forever student, meaning I am always taking a course to help better myself.

Speaking life to others is part of who I am. I will find the positive in every situation. Shaping the lives of young people is a great reward for me.

One thing I believe is that any person can do anything that they put their mind to and it does not matter the background or circumstances. There is greatness on the inside of everyone.
